Move & Recover
Workout in our movement studio on the ground floor and restore downstairs in the Finnish sauna of our recovery studio.
The Finnish sauna will only be available after 12pm during the week and from 10am on the weekends.Discover the perfect balance of body and mind with our movement classes: Barre, Pilates, Circuit Training, Yoga, Functional Training, Stretching and Breathwork.
Our uniquely designed finnish sauna reaches a temperature, typically between 70°C and 100°C, providing a dry heat environment. It promotes detoxification through sweating and enhances muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved.
Move & Refresh
Experience the perfect blend of movement and recovery with our Move & Refresh Package. Start with one of our energizing movement classes to build strength, stability, and endurance. Then, before or after your class, immerse yourself in a refreshing cold plunge in our Japanese stainless steel tubs, designed to invigorate and aid recovery. You are welcome to heat up in the Finnish sauna afterwards.The Finnish sauna operates from 12pm during the week and 10am on the weekend.It’s the ultimate way to challenge your body and rejuvenate your senses.
Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge
Discover the ultimate rejuvenation with our Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge Package! Enjoy 25 minutes in the infrared sauna, promoting detoxification, muscle relaxation, and improved circulation.
Follow with a refreshing cold plunge to boost recovery, reduce inflammation, and invigorate your senses. Perfect for resetting your body and mind!
You only need to bring your swimsuit, everything else will be provided by the studio.
Workshop
Join Leandra for a revitalising 1.5-hour "Breath, Sauna & Icebath" workshop in our recovery studio. Experience the transformative benefits of hot and cold therapy as you cycle through guided breathwork, invigorating ice baths, and soothing sauna sessions. After a brief introduction, Leandra will lead you through a breathwork practice designed to prepare you for the journey ahead. She’ll share techniques and tips to help you adapt more easily to the cold.
The session includes 1-3 alternating rounds of ice baths, which can boost dopamine and serotonin.
