Red Light Pilates introduces a completely new way to train: a full-body Pilates workout performed on infrared light mats. For 30 minutes, the red light works as you move — boosting circulation, aiding recovery, and supporting skin health — while you flow through slower, controlled sequences that strengthen and lengthen your body. The full 45-minute class is dedicated to mindful movement with the added wellness benefits of infrared therapy. It’s two powerful practices combined into one: Pilates meets red light, for results you can feel and see.

Our uniquely designed Finnish sauna reaches a temperature, typically between 70°C and 100°C, providing a dry heat environment. It promotes detoxification through sweating and enhances muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation. Make yourself comfortable in the distinctive and one-of-a-kind landscape of our sauna and spend 10 to 20 minutes inside.
Please take a quick shower before entering the sauna. Remember to stay hydrated and drink enough water. After the sauna we recommend taking a cold shower or diving into the cold plunge to invigorate your body. For maximum benefits, you can repeat the heat and cool-down cycle 2 to 3 times.
You can either book a Sauna session or use the sauna complementary with each visit when booking one of the other sessions. -
Our infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit light that is absorbed by your skin, heating your body directly rather than warming the air around you. The temperature is lower than in our Finnish sauna, ranging from 45°C to 60°C, providing a gentle, comfortable heat. You can book a session for yourself or bring up to two friends for a shared regenerative session. We recommend a stay of either 25 or 50 minutes.

Discover the revitalizing effects by booking a short breathwork meditation followed by the plunge into the cold for up to 6 minutes and experience how this will elevate your day. You’re also welcome to warm up in the Finnish sauna before or after your cold plunge, creating the perfect balance of heat and cold for maximum recovery and rejuvenation.

These high-tech compression boots help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery. Put on the boots and adjust them for a snug, comfortable fit.
